I’m starting to think I might be a lucky charm. The weather had been awful all day, but just as the ceremony concluded, the clouds parted and the most beautiful light appeared. This was a last-minute booking — I was only there to photograph the ceremony and the couple shoot, which isn’t my usual approach. In fact, we hadn’t even met beforehand or done a practice shoot. I met Feby for the first time as she stepped out of the car at the venue!
Despite that, everything came together perfectly. With that soft evening light, a gorgeous couple, and the stunning grounds of the Waitākere Resort and Spa, we captured some truly natural, heartfelt images.
